Clean room, friendly staff, good location close to the stadium and a supermarket. Wifi was fast and free. Breakfast had a decent variety.

During our New Year's stay, we had a wonderful time at this hotel. the staff was exceptional and very accommodating. the room was spacious, clean, and cozy. the breakfast was good and filling. We enjoyed the convenient location of this hotel, just a short walk to the main attractions, restaurants, and bars. We also appreciated the free parking which was a great perk.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit too high, especially on New Year's Eve when the party in the hotel's banquet hall went on until the early hours of the morning. It was difficult to get some sleep with the loud music and shouting.

By the time i reached the hotel, they weren't noticed about my reservation. Still don't know if it was the hotel's fault, or Booked.net's.

The breakfast was delicious, especially the homemade chocolate salami !!. The bed comfortable and the Matrimonial room very large... Price-performance ratio great. THANK YOU!

We recently had a romantic escape at this hotel and enjoyed two key aspects of it: the spacious and clean rooms with large windows, and the friendly and helpful English-speaking staff. Additionally, we appreciated the free and fast Wi-Fi connection, which allowed us to stay connected during our stay. The hotel is located in a quiet area, a short drive away from major attractions and restaurants, providing a nice and calm atmosphere for a relaxing getaway.

There were a few negative aspects that we must mention. The breakfast was not very good, offering limited options with too sweet juices and barely any fresh fruits. Moreover, the hotel was a bit far from the city center and it was not easy to find good restaurants within walking distance. Finally, the hotel taxi service was much more expensive than a regular taxi, which we found quite disappointing. it was an average experience with some positive and negative aspects.

Beroom very spacious. Staff responsive to request for taxi services. Near to many activities E.G. Romanian Village museum, Sports Hall, nearere enough to City centre (to walk & taxi)

Smoking - come from a country where all smoking inside buildings has been banned. Unable to use Safe in bedroom as it was locked Did not have small towels replaced - but no real problem. Would like to have facility in bedroom to make tea / coffee e.g. kettle

The location is outside of the city centre but accessible to the city center with attractions in about a 30-minute walk on foot. the rooms are comfortable and have large screens LED TVs. the reception staff is generally helpful in assisting guests with their needs.

The hotel lacks basic amenities such as iron, ironing board, safe inside the room, and mini bar.

We stayed at a 4-star hotel and it was a pleasant experience overall. The hotel was located in a quiet area, which was perfect for a relaxing stay. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. They offered a wide range of amenities, including room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and laundry services. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with heating, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We also had a balcony where we could enjoy the view and a sitting area for relaxation.

Although there weren't many choices for breakfast, it was still satisfying. The hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to the city center and nearby attractions.
